We also have a nursing room so that our Moms that are breastfeeding their babies can comfortably breastfeed them. Appointments
Appointments are made by appointment only so that we can give our patients the appropriate amount of time according to their needs. This will limit the wait times in the waiting area. Our policy is that established patients are seen the same day for sick appointments when they call in the morning. We welcome new patients to our practice. We encourage patients to get established in our practice so that if your child were to get sick, we will be able to see your child the same day. The first visit takes a lot longer than an established patient and we may not have an opening for a new patient if your child is sick. We will try to see if we have any openings, but we may not have an opening until the next day. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the patient for the first visit. Afterwards, anyone that you assign may bring your child to the Doctor's appointments.
We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. We require a 24-hour advanced notice for cancellations. We also have a policy for patients that "no show" to their appointments. "No show" appointments cause disruptions to our schedule and prevent us from providing medical care to children that need it. Please contact us, we'll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
Insurance and Billing
Please call us for information specific to your insurance company and plan. We accept most private insurance plans. We also accept most managed care plans, you must assign Dr. Giraldo E Cepeda, MD as your Primary Care Physician.
